Jeff Thomas was appointed to fill the unexpired term of former District 4 board member Andy Goleman on August 11, 2015. Jeff was assigned to serve on the Building and Grounds Committee (currently Vice Chair), the Employee Services Committee, Road and Bridge Committee & the Zoning and Land Use Committee (currently Vice Chair).
Jeff is a four year veteran of the U.S. Army, serving from 1989-1993. He has been employed in numerous agricultural and environmental conservation positions and currently is employed at the IL Department of Natural Resources. Jeff is married and has two daughters.
